Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using PicSlid, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License to Use
PicSlid grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
Your Responsibilities
PicSlid helps you delete photos from your library. You are responsible for reviewing your selections before confirming deletions. Deleted photos move to your Recently Deleted album for 30 days, after which they are permanently removed by Apple's Photos system.
We strongly recommend keeping a backup of important photos through iCloud or another backup solution.
Disclaimer of Warranties
PicSlid is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not responsible for any loss of photos resulting from your use of the app.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADXStudio Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PicSlid, including the loss of any photos or data.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
